It looks a little different than the picture though.

That's apparently the General Motors Mobile Geologic Laboratory (which jibes slightly with the word Geological printed on its side!)
http://libraryphoto.cr.usgs.gov/cgi-bin/show_picture.cgi?ID=ID.%20Project%20Apollo%20(1960-1973)%20023a
(the forum breaks that URL, so try

)
http://www.lunarandplanetaryrovers.com/training.htm
There's a bit about it on pp119-120 of "The U.S. Geological Survey, Branch of Astrogeology—A Chronology of Activities from Conception through the End of Project Apollo (1960-1973)"
http://pubs.usgs.gov/of/2005/1190/of2005-1190.pdf
Does anyone have a copy of Anthony Young's "Lunar and Planetary Rovers"? I would imagine it has some details.

You might also want to look at the ESMD Lunar Architecture Update presentation given at September's AIAA which includes stuff on current Large and Small Pressurised Rover concepts
