So the Second Vehicle Assembly Building (SVAB) is already fully operational ? Great !

Yes. It has been operational since July 22nd.

Is there any newspaper reporting that can back up your assertion that SVAB has been operational since July 22nd ? If it is operational, the launch mission would move up fast. I may have somewhere in the Internet found a link - that I lost later  - that said some time in July, the second vehicle assembly building would be inaugurated by PM Modi. But as PM Modi did not inaugurate it, ISRO has kept it under wraps ? Without the utilization of SVAB and simultaneous use of FLP and SLP, ISRO won't be able to launch 10 launch missions let alone Dr. K. Sivan's proposed plan to launch 12-18 missions per year.

Wonder what is your source of information for the exact timing. ISRO, to the best of my knowledge, has not communicated any timing...

We have barely 7 days left for the launch to take place. Still no frontline english newspapers such as timesofindia. the hindu, deccan herald, deccan chronicle have reported any possible launch date. ISRO's webpage for the GSLV MK-III Mission page hasn't updated yet. Is the launch still on the cards ?

If it is going up next Wednesday, there should be a preview and brochure by tomorrow. 6 days before the scheduled launch.

I have a theory. I saw the weather pattern. It seems that a low pressure/cyclonic system will be growing in the coming days over the Bay of Bengal. Maybe ISRO officials are watching the weather pattern here ?

Yes the possible storms, another issue is the unwillingness to hype/overhype the mission, because of the failure of the last comsat GSAT6A.  They want to see the satellite up and functioning. Still, they're going to have to announce the launch sooner or later.

Launch-related NOTAMs and NOTMARs should be published soon?
These would provide further confirmation.

I think that ISRO will keep as a secret. Like they did for the launch of GSAT-9 last year. I’m pretty sure this launch won’t be telecast live...

But why would ISRO keep this mission in secrecy?

Is there something classified about GSat 29 such as military experiments or spying objectives?

More concern over the launcher I expect.

Definitely concern over the launcher, which probably has a significant upgrade or two. The GSAT-29 satellite also must have some advanced features, and ISRO may not want to reveal pictures of it.

If the GSLV Mk.3 itself has some concerns, then the mission might slip several days past the 14th.

And the cryogenic second stage is being stretched to accommodate 30 tons of LH2/LOX.
