Looks like this has been delayed to 2026. Three PSLV launches are planned for 2025; TDS-01 (N1), Oceansat 3 (C??), and Anvesha (C??). Threads exist for each of these three missions but it's possible that Oceansat 3 or Anvesha could use C63. If so, I'd suggest renaming this to C64.

Or, C63 is or was? the Oceansat-3A launch, with Indian satellite rideshares?

Yeah, It looks like Oceansat-3A will be C63 and after C61 Faliure.  I think next PSLV-XL launch will be return to flight of PSLV potential C62 with some less sensitive payload than C61. Then if they manage then they can do N1 (TDS-01) and C63 (Oceansat-3A and rideshare).
