Uses information from Transporter 5.  This Transporter 6?  Pretty early posting for a December launch.  Maybe it's getting moved up?

The "uses information from" part doesn't always mean much.  T-6 seems to be firmly in December.

Eutelsat 10B? That one is expected to be expendable.

States experimental recovery, with no ASDS, which usually indicates RTLS

Transporter missions all used info from the previous mission

I see. Then maybe O3b mPOWER? That one should be pretty light with only 2 sats.

Worldview Legion Flight 1 is also an option I think.

So this is what an expendable F9 FCC permit looks like now (it's been so long).  One of several expendable launches coming up.

Brief extract:

This STA uses information from grant 1230-EX-ST-2022 and is necessary to add an additional carrier for Starship test vehicle telemetry downlink for the orbital demo launch from the pad at Boca Chica TX. Trajectory data will be provided directly to NTIA, USAF, and NASA. Launch licensing authority is FAA Office of Commercial Space Transportation.

I wonder if they may have put the wrong ship coordinates, unless Group 5 is something different than we expected.

Unless I missed an update, Group 5 is assigned to the same altitude and inclination as Group 3. The difference between them is the number of orbital planes (6 for group 3, 4 for group 5) and the number of satellites per plane (58 for group 3, 43 for group 5).

The drone ship landing should be where it was for Transporter-1 or 4, by Cuba. The drone ship location in this 5-1 filing would only work for Group 4 (or maybe Group 1).
