Object A: 39375/2013-062A in 34375 x 36211 km x 0.128° (epoch Nov 12, 1432UTC)  (presumably the S/C)
Object B: 39376/2013-0162B in 33000 x 35142 km x 0.172° (epoch Nov 12, 1432UTC) (presumably Briz-M)

Comparing the achieved injection orbits of Raduga-1M#2 and Raduga-1M#3, it seems that the latter was more inclined and less circular:

Raduga-1M#2: 5 hours after separation from Briz-M was in quasi circular GEO orbit: 35772 x 35797 km x 0.07°
Raduga-1M#3: ~6 hours after separation from Briz-M was in a more elliptical orbit: 34375 x 36211 km x 0.128°

Did I read correctly that ground control has completely lost all telemetry link with the Briz-M for the full duration of its flight (till S/C sep.)!?  :o

Yeah, I was kinda surprised as to how come a federal Briz-M mission has gone so flawlessly. Looks like the Briz-M did its "thing" afterall.
