I also add the NOTMAR/NOTAM Hazard Area for Sunday's CRS-16 Dragon C112.2 reentry in window between 13:50-14:20 UTC.

Estimated splashdown could be approximately 440km southeast of the Port of LA.. a little further now.

Is there an updated version for the actual ~ 0500 UTC return?

NOTMAR even NOTAM for relevant hazard area were not surprisingly available before landing, so I didn't create any map screenshot. Position was estimated according to AIS of NRC Quest recovery boat this time directly in the continuously updated map on the link above.

Dragon was recovered by NRC Quest in landing position 627km southwards of the Port of LA.
Exact recovery position is updated in the map.

NRC Quest has successfully retrieved the Dragon capsule and is making a return to LA. The vehicle will have a number of time-sensitive experiments that need to be handed over to NASA on arrival in LA.

Dragon returned home last night after its five-week stay at the @Space_Station, completing SpaceX’s sixteenth flight to and from the orbiting laboratory. The ISS badge signifies this Dragon’s previous trip to the station in 2017.

Are the hypergolics burned off before landing? Or do they offload before transport to McGregor?

On the early birds the hypergolics were off-loaded AFTER the vehicle arrived at McGregor.
They don't do that anymore. As far as I can remember Cargo Dragon goes back straight to Hawthorne, after having been brought ashore, and hypergolics servicing is done there. But I must admit I'm not quite sure on this latter part.
