September or November - CZ-4B - Taiyuan - Feng Yun-3A; SMS
End 2007 - CZ-3C - Xichang (?) - ???
??? 2007 - CZ-3A - Xichang - BeiDou

2008

February - CZ-2C - Xichang - HJ-1A Huan Jing-1A; HJ-1B Huan Jing-1B

July - CZ-4B - Taiyuan - CBERS-3
July - CZ-3B - Xichang - Simon Bolivar (VENESAT-1)
September - CZ-2F (7) - Jiuquan - ShenZhou-7
2008 - CZ-2C - Xichang - HJ-1C Huan Jing-1C

2008 - CZ-3B - Xichang - COMS

COMS will not be launched by a CZ-3B rocket. The launch  has been contracted with Arianespace
(see http://www.arianespace.com/site/news/news_sub_release_index.html )

AsiaSat 5 has bee contracted with SeaLauch for Zenit-3SLB Land Launch. As it is a Loral built satellite, it would not get a ITAR permission for a chinese launch (the same problem  stalled the Chinasat-8 contract)

CTDRS-1 possibly will be launched late 2007 or 2008.
The launch of FY-3B is planned for 2009.
Do you have any information about the launch of APSCO SMMS? Thanks.

And it's name should be Tianlian-1.
This message reflects my personal opinion based on open sources of information.

No, but currently there are no payloads for CZ-2E versions. The CZ-2E with kick motor was used for GTO launches, while the CZ-3B was under development. Now the CZ-2E would ounly be used for LEO, as it has no third stage.

If the TL-1 is based on the DFH-3 bus, as quoted by Sinodefence.com (http://sinodefence.com/strategic/spacecraft/tianlian1.asp ), then TL-1 could possibly be the payload for the mysterious CZ-3C.

Yes, you are right Gunter. I hade already raised that question to Jin Zhen. According to him "...the CZ-3A is enough to launch the DFH-3 based sats but if there is the possibility of the Tian Lian-1 to have a set of complex antennas, then the CZ-3C may well carry this sat on it's first flight!" We will have to wait and see...

The SinoSat-4 will replace the failed SinoSat-2. SinoSat-3B is a backup to SinoSat-3.
