Just a silly question: Is the footage of the external tank re-entry available? I haven't seen it yet.

Not a silly question, but not yet. We have feelers out, as we first need to know if the camera managed to acquire some good footage.

Noting the challenges:

And noting the L2 documentation, the footage is to be provided to PAO, so this should be something everyone will get to see.
