Likely postponed to a TBD date.

Another issue to be considered; no confirmation:
Will the coronavirus epidemic, and associated travel quarantines, delay launch campaigns scheduled after the Lunar New Year's holidays?

Wuhan is an important location in China's space program, yes?

Longer-term: Will this also significantly delay programs approaching fruition later this year?

Wuhan is an important base for CASIC (Kuaizhou series), not CASC. Therefore, it is possible to affect launch schedule for kuaizhou series(KZ-1, KZ-11). But it is unlikely coronavirus will impact the space program. For example, CZ5B-Y1, CZ7A-Y1, and their payloads all have arrived at Hainan recently.

But even in a best case scenario, and it’s far too early to say anything on this, Wuhan is likely to be out of commission for a considerable amount of time.

Limited operations have now been restarted at CASIC's facilities at Wuhan and some preliminary preparations for their next few launches are already underway. Some staff are also preparing to head to Jiuquan for launch preparations.

Chinese 9ifly space forum is giving April 17 as the launch date for this mission.

The source of this is the ad sponsor of this rocket - major Chinese car manufacturer GAC Group's own car brand Trumpchi. They are however more famous as the official Chinese partner company for Honda, Fiat cars etc.

No NOTAMs issued at this time and no other informations regarding the launch date and time. I suspect this launch won't take place on April 17.
