Hi everyone. Long time member, but now a student. I'm Bart, at Virginia Tech studying Advanced Math and hoping to apply it in the space industry. Let's all be honest, we would love L2 for all the cool stuff, but I see from previous L2 student threads people find it really info heavy and while NSF is great, more info heavy sections will be easier to follow and learn from.

Hi Bart -

Nice and honest! ;D And you're in. Your sponsor is Octavo (David). Check your PMs.

Hey, I'm Noah. I'm studying Aerospace Engineering at Massbay community college. I think L2 would be useful for me because I love all things spaceflight and tend to lurk this site a lot, even if I'm not logged in and commenting. I had L2 when I was in high school and had a job, and it lead me to the best experience of my life, when me and my dad saw the launch of JCSAT-16 in person! Since then, school had started to take up too much of my time for me to hold a job, so I had to drop my subscription. I'm amazed that so many people are helping with a program like this, and I'd be really grateful if you would include me, although I completely understand if you don't choose me. Thanks, and have a great day!

Hi! My name is Jack, and I'm a 2nd year Aerospace Engineering student at the University of Central Florida.

I've been on NSF for a bit, but I usually lurk. You might have seen my videos around! Having access to L2 would be a great information resource, and would let me research the topics that I'm interested in even further.

Thanks!
Jack

Hi! I am Tucker J, duel majoring in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at West Virginia University.

L2 access would be incredibly useful to me in two ways; as a member of the WVU Experimental Rocketry club, it would give us an additional resource of information to pull from. Secondly, as a huge space and rocketry fan, access would give me a means to find real-world applications to the theories I am learning in class, reinforcing my learning.

Thank you for the opportunity to access this great resource!

Hello!
My name is Jefferson and i'm currently a student at NC State studying Computer engineering (hoping to go into avionics somewhere).

I've only had an account for a little bit here but i've been lurking for years. L2 access would be great as it would help me get a better understanding of the engineering that goes into rocketry. Also since my college has a Liquid Rocketry Lab the info would be useful to us!

Thanks!
- Jefferson

Hello, My name is Bradley Dennis, and I am currently a freshman at the University of Maryland - College Park. I am going to study aerospace engineering with the hopes of joining the teams at one of the many space companies that are followed here, be it NASA, SpaceX, Blue Origin, etc.

L2 access would be useful as so far much of my studies have been self-taught through books and many online sources and I have been hoping to expand upon those with current topics, sources, and more in-depth information.

Thank you all so much for the continuous information and thank you to the sponsors to help give students access to this kind of information and foster curiosity.

Hello, my name is Isaac. I am currently a senior in high school taking math and science courses at the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Aerospace and astronautical engineering are the two majors that I am looking to study. Access to L2 would give me valuable insight into the space industry and the breakthroughs in space exploration. As an aspiring engineer, I would love to see the development process and understand the field I hope to eventually work in.

Thank you for the chance for this awesome opportunity!

Hi! My name is Erik and I'm a 2nd year physics student at the university of Seville and I would be thrilled to work in a space related job in the future.
I'd love to get into L2 because I've always had an interest in all spaceflight-related things, and I love reading information on them and watching old footage.

PS I don't have a .edu address but I do have a .us.es, I guess thats fine?

Hello guys! My name is Jan and I am currently studying aerospace engeneering at the university of Stuttgart in Germany.
I started reading on this forum in highschool while writing my essay about electric propulsion for spacetravel for physics class. I was fascinated by the sheer amount of information. From then on I started reading pretty much every day and of course there was nothing else I wanted to study other than aerospace engeneering. ;) I'm currently at the end of my bachelor and in an internship at a large german aerospace company, working on the development and production of big parts for launch vehicles from all over the world -> I love it!

I am starting with my master this winter and would really love to use this chance to gain access to the L2 section to gather more indepth information for my studies. Hopefully studying isn't going to be compromised by all the time I'm going to spend there reading up on the newest stuff and discussing ideas. ^^
Thank you for this opportunity!
