I've reformatted the attached press kits. This involves the following steps.

1) Extract images using PDF Image Extractor software.
2) Derotate, crop and if necessary specify image DPI using Irfanview software. Save as JPG file.
3) Create OpenOffice text document, set page size to image size with 0 cm border. Copy and paste images to document and save as PDF with compression option turned off.

The PSLV C4 METSAT 1 press kit was scanned into a bitmap file (which is why the file is quite large at 10.6 MB), but the resolution was only 72 DPI. Any new scans at 150 DPI or greater would be appreciated, as the small text can't be read in the current file.
