9ifly Chinese space forum is reporting that the Yaogan Weixing-30-06 triplet will be launched in October.

This is actually more of a guess than anything else, as 9ifly now indicates that the next launch out of Xichang (mid-October-ish) will be for BDS-3 IGSO-3.

Cross-post; already updated here:
According to information on the Chinese 9ifly space forum, the Tongxìn Jishu Shiyan Weixing-4 will be launched from Xichang around October 12, 2019.

Cross-post re: near-term order of launches from Xichang:

Launch at the end of October.

Cross-post re: Gaofen-7 launch; already updated here:
Launch scheduled for November 2019 according to 9ifly.

BTW past data gives the satellite mass as 2400 kg with the orbit altitude at 500 km, so (confirmed by official reports) this will be launched on a CZ-4B out of Taiyuan instead.
November is based on [attached patch file]:

Sounds more like fall 2022 for the launch of MisrSat-2, " a small high resolution remote sensing satellite" for Egypt for which the start of manufacturing was announced on September 8 with a duration of 35 months

KZ-1A (Y11) and KZ-1A (Y7) arrived at Jiuquan on October 14.

Apparently Y7 (scheduled for early November) will launch two satellites known as "KL-Alpha" into different orbits. Some say these are scientific research satellites (one claim is that they are gravitational measurement satellites so probably yet another China Academy of Sciences payload?).

Does anyone have more info on "KL-Alpha"?

From Leonard David:

"Andrew Jones reports that cargo ships Yuanwang 21 & 22 have arrived at port in Tianjin. Will be loaded up with the 3rd Long March 5 for transport to Qinglan harbour, Hainan island in the south. From there they will be delivered by road to the Wenchang Satellite Launch Centre."

Launch schedule by MinoSpace until 2021. The Dec 2019 CZ-4B launch is very likely from JSLC.

There are rumors of a launch out of Taiyuan in the next days.

These are very much guesses and is solely based on a list of rocket serial numbers released early this year planned for launch in 2019 (currently found to be accurate). There are 3 4B and 3 4C left in the list and people are guessing if another is planned soon.
