Interesting serial numbers...  ::)

The next few flights of the CZ-4 series are as follows:
CZ-4B Y15 (ZY-1-02C)
CZ-4C Y9 (YG-14)
CZ-4B Y26 (ZY-3)
CZ-4C Y10 (maybe YG-15?)
CZ-4B Y12 (dunno, could be CBERS-3)

A CZ-4B with manufacture number Y17 and a CZ-2D with number Y21 was oberved during a technical visit on Sep 8th at the Shanghai Aerospace Equipment Manufayture Factory (see  GoTaikonauts Oct 2011 issue). Any idea of the payloads and a possible launch date?

The manager of an online space-related philatelic shop based in Xichang   gave the following launch list for 2012 on December 25 (he recognized   it's not necessarily complete for JSLC and TSLC)

1) CZ-3A (Y22) FY-2F in January
2) CZ-3B Compass M2/Compass M3
3) CZ-3B Apstar-7
4) CZ-3A (Y23) Compass G5
5) CZ-3B "Sinosat-4" (ie Chinasat-9A)
6) CZ-3A (Y24) Compass G6
7) CZ-3B Apstar-7B (Chinasat-12)
8 ) CZ-3B Compass M4/Compass M5

from JSLC
1) CZ-2F (Y9) Shenzhou-9
2) CZ-2F (Y10) Shenzhou-10
3) CZ-2C SJ-11-4R
4) CZ-2D Yaogan-16-3

from TSLC
1) CZ-4B ZY-3 in January
2) CZ-4B CBERS-2C
3) CZ-2D "Venezuela Remote Sensing Satellite" (ie VRSS-1)

There seem to be two Yaogan Weixing 16 satellites missing (unless it's a cluster of three, of course), plus 14 and 15.

And we still have a gap or two in the sequential numbers for the Shijian series.
I've always been crazy but it's kept me from going insane - WJ.

Interesting serial numbers...  ::)

CZ-4B Y17 went up in 2007 with CBERS-02B?

In the launch listing for 2013 the launch vehicle for the Tiangong 2 mini-station is given as the CZ-7.

Is this correct?   If Tiangong 2 is to be like Tiangong 1, then I would have thought it would also be launched on the CZ-2F(T?).   Also I would be surprised if such a high profile payload would be on the maiden launch of the vehicle.

Phil, the information I had was that TG-2 was going to be launched by the CZ-2F/H that now is the CZ-7. If TG-2 if effectively is going to use the CZ-7, then we should expect some launches of this rocket before this mission.

If this correct then I would expect the Shenhou launches to continue out of Jiuquan since the Chinese have invested so much in the infrastructure there.

Iam not sure of any rumoured maiden launches of the CZ-7, though, before 2013 or so.
