Both Haisi-2 and Yangwang-1 launched on the CZ-2D from Taiyuan on June 11.  Previously, there were some indications that both satellites would launch on a CZ-2D from Jiuquan on June 20.

Is this launch happening?  And, if so, what is/are the payload(s)?

GF-3-03 is the only remaining known CZ-4C left in 2021 per the NSF Chinese Launch Schedule.

How can you be certain that this launch might be carried out by a Kuaizhou-1A rather than a Kuaizhou-11, even though the Kuaizhou-11 operates from the launch site as the Kuaizhou-1A?

The positioning of these 2 zones, plus the one above, seems to rule out this launch being a solid rocket motor based one (those have 1st stage drop zones much closer to JSLC at around 39 degree N latitude). 2 zones would point more towards a CZ-4 series I guess?
