👨🚀👨🚀 See the @SpaceX Suits! 🚀 On May 30th, 2020, NASA astronauts @AstroBehnken and @Astro_Doug became the first NASA crew to launch from U.S. soil in nearly a decade!🤩 Now, for a limited time, our guests can see their high-tech launch and re-entry spacesuits up-close!
Apparently we won another Emmy for DM-2, “Outstanding Daytime Special Event”.Part of me really wants to win the Emmy for “Outstanding Technical Team” but I don’t think the media team at X will ever actually submit for that 😐 We are doing LIVE WEBCASTS FROM SPACE! Come on now!
On Tuesday, Jan. 31, Demo-2 astronauts Douglas Hurley and Robert Behnken will receive the Congressional Space Medal of Honor for bravery from @VP Kamala Harris. Live coverage is scheduled to begin at 4:15pm ET (2115 UTC) on social media and NASA TV:

Demo-2 served as an end-to-end flight test of SpaceX’s crew transportation system, providing valuable data toward NASA certifying the system for regular, crewed missions to the orbiting laboratory under the agency’s Commercial Crew Program.Credits: NASA
It was extremely humbling to be recognized among the previous recipients. Huge thank you to @NASA for the nomination, to @SpaceX/NASA for making it possible, and @VP for taking the time with our families to make the event so special!
Very cool, the Dragon parachute panel from DM-2 is in Steve Jurvetson’s collection. More views and discussion at beginning of above video.
Today marks the fourth anniversary of Falcon 9 launching @NASA’s Demo-2 mission to the @space_station, returning human spaceflight to the United States
Since 2020, Dragon has safely launched 13 human spaceflight missions to Earth’s orbit, including Inspiration4 and Ax-1, the first commercial astronaut missions to orbit and to the @space_station respectively
It’s been an honor to fly 50 crewmembers aboard Dragon, helping enable ongoing scientific research aboard the orbiting laboratory
While also supporting missions that are helping pave the way toward creating greater access to space
SpaceX was founded to help create a future where not just hundreds, but thousands – and ultimately millions – of people can travel from Earth to live and work in space and on other planets
To all of Dragon’s crews, thank you for flying SpaceX, and an extra thanks to the Space Dads for starting it all
