This application uses information from previous grant 0156-EX-ST-2021. This STA is necessary to authorize launch vehicle communications for Starlink RF Mission 6-7 from Cape Canaveral FL at LC-40 CCAFS or LC-39a at KSC, and the experimental recovery operation following the Falcon 9 launch. Includes sub-orbital first stage, and orbital second stage. Trajectory data will be provided directly to NTIA, USAF, and NASA. All downrange Earth stations are receive-only. The recovery portion is limited to two functions: 1) pre-launch checkout test of the command uplink from an onshore station at launch site, and 2) command of landed stage from recovery boat. Launch licensing authority is FAA Office of Commercial Space Transportation.

This STA is necessary to authorize launch vehicle communications for SpaceX Mission 1633 launching from LC-39a at KSC, and the experimental recovery operation following the Falcon 9 launch. The application includes a sub-orbital first stage, and an orbital second stage. Trajectory data shall be provided directly to NTIA, USAF, and NASA. All downrange Earth stations are receive-only. All operations are pre-coordinated with the Launch Range. Launch licensing authority is FAA Office of Commercial Space Transportation.

I wonder what the mission numbers for Crew 3 and Crew 4 will be.  1403 is still available but 1404+ was used for CRS, so the numbers will skip at some point.  1633 is so high I'd think it would be a recently booked mission like Inspiration 4.

Updated FAA licenses for KSC and Vandy launches, adding Inspiration 4 mission at KSC and adding Starlink Group 2 missions at Vandy.  Removed the specific azimuths allowed on the Vandy license (which may be a trend, I think they did the same for the Rocket Lab NZ license).  Otherwise just tweaking insurance requirements for the added missions.

(collectively, "USN"),1 a Delaware Corporation, seeks FCC approval to support
the Cosmo-SkyMed2 (CSG-2) LEOP.  CSG-2 is the second generation earth
observation science satellites launched by ESA to serve the European Union.   
CSG-2 will be launched from Cape Canaveral Florida on a SpaceX Falcon-9 no
earlier than November 18th, 2021 at 23:11:12 UTC.
