Anno 2025 there're new people so hoping for a renewal of spaceflight promotion & attention to their decades-long authors 

Eh, those days are gone. What they should do is put all their magazines online as pdfs, and develop a good online presence. They had somebody scanning the old magazines a few years ago, but I have heard nothing more.

They have been available as PDF's for years.
I've purchased many.

Ah, misunderstood, you mean all the back catalogue.
I doubt it's worthwhile to put every Spaceflight magazine from 1957 in PDF format. Great work for enthusiasts though.

The first issue was Oct. 1956. I have the early years in my collection and have scanned them to pdf. (1956-1967)

I haven't decided what to do with them yet. They are part my research of Wernher von Braun.

That would have covered my whole first period of BIS membership ;-) (I joined when aged   11 1/2) but of course wasn't possible then as pdf wasn't an option ;-).

I joined again in late 1980s and finally left about 15 or so years ago.

I am interested to see the energy that Philp, Coppinger, Southgate et al are bringing-I wish them well. Who knows, I might even join one more time ...

Do you mean reprints, or they have put the pdfs of older ones on their website?

Scott Sacknoff has been doing some great work with trying to preserve electronically a number of space magazines. I should ask him if he has had any contact with the BIS people.

The issue on archive.org shared is not an original issue of Spaceflight magazine -- it's a scan of the Soviet version that was allowed into the USSR. These issues were heavily censored (especially if they had any article on the Soviet space program). They are historical curiosities but not the original magazine.
