Myself & a couple of friends again gave some feedback to BIS:
Between 1999 and 2025 I have written 155 articles for BIS Spaceflight & BIS Space Chronicle, participated to half-a-dozen BIS books to this day (current work on a possible ISS Vol III book). Unfortynately, since the last 5 years, members outside the UK, stopped paying membership as the magazines never arrived in the post!
Moreover, in the past authors received 2 FREE copies of the magazine they wrote an article in, something that stopped all together.
This way the BIS is not only using subscribers but also authors ! This is practical BIS feedback from people who have been Fellows & Members for over three decades and IMHO the BIS should take it serious or they might not get to their 100th anniversary in 1933! What do You think ?  ???

I've moved on and have no desire to beat a dead horse, but my experience was similar to yours. The bit of salt in the wound was that when I mentioned that they had been sending me the issues I wrote for for many years, I was told that they never did that. I have a shelf with dozens of issues that they sent me. I don't like being gaslit.

I live in Germany and have also had problems receiving the magazines. At least to me they've been very apologetic and helpful and have sent replacement copies. I know it's very annoying when you've paid (quite a lot of) money and the things keep going astray. I just try to remember that we're all on the same "Ad Astra" side at the end of the day.

Between 1985 and 1994 I bought BIS Spaceflight as loose magazine in the kiosk, became a member and BIS Fellow for almost 20 years but gave up as since Covid their service really went downhill...
Anno 2025 there're new people so hoping for a renewal of spaceflight promotion & attention to their decades-long authors  :D

Eh, those days are gone. What they should do is put all their magazines online as pdfs, and develop a good online presence. They had somebody scanning the old magazines a few years ago, but I have heard nothing more.
