Looks like I missed stage 1/2 sep.  Is the vehicle carrying out a plane change manoeuvre? The US seemed to swerve sharply in the simulation.

A lot of difference with the profile. This one is going for altitude big time, whereas the ECA would be going after downrange.

Frankly, Britain is only nominally a French ally. ;)

From the ground motion in the simulation window, the US is thrusting at about a 30-degree angle to orbital direction.

Commentary just mentioned that the ASAP structure has dummy microsat payloads attached - was only half listening, did anyone catch the details? Probably a ballast thing rather than an active vibration study.
