Isn't Glonass a "military" payload and thus under the new FSB rules even stating it's launch date could put the person in legal troubles? What I mean is that we might start to loose NK as a source for anything remotely military.

According to previous news, testing on this satellite needs to be completed before the next Glonass-K launch.

Tell us which satellites will join the GLONASS constellation in the near future?
<snip>
In addition, one device "Glonass-K" is in flight tests and will enter service in a few months.

Glonass K 705 has been back in operation for a few days.

In general, the problems with the atomic clocks on the unpressurized Glonass-K1 still seem to have not been completely solved. The same problems exist on the 706 too.
And Glonass-K 707 is still in test operation after 15 months, although its position is close to the 16 year old Glonass-M 719,
whose presumably last atomic clock is no longer that good.
