FYI:
OneWeb plans to resume its launches from Russia:
http://russianspaceweb.com/oneweb.html#2020_0726

Several hurdles to clear before resumption of flights including a required Russian vaccination of foreign personnel because the vaccine is not yet easily available in the USA and EU. New launch dates will be announced at a later date partly as launches are to be shifted to Vostochny Cosmodrome.

"Nearest Russian space launches: Glonass-K - end of August or beginning of September (according to RIA Novosti), three Gontsa-M with companions - September 29 (according to TASS)"

*Gontsa-M = Gonets-M

My guess: the 4th Glonass-K launch will be delayed beyond the 3rd quarter?

MOSCOW, August 15 - RIA Novosti. The launch of the new-generation navigation satellite Glonass-K from the Plesetsk cosmodrome, which is regularly postponed from March, has been postponed to October, a source in the rocket and space industry told RIA Novosti.

"The launch of the Glonass-K satellite has been postponed to October, tentatively - to the 17th. There are no technical obstacles for it," the agency's source said.

Thus, according to him, this launch will take place after the launch of three communication satellites "Gonets-M" from Plesetsk, scheduled for September 24 or 29. The Glonass-K satellite and three Gonets-M spacecraft are planned to be launched using Soyuz-2.1b carrier rockets with Fregat upper stages.

The plan of commercial space launches of the company "Glavkosmos Launch Services" until 2024 - five of its own from Baikonur and four within the framework of the Federal Space Program of the Russian Federation from Vostochny, in which it is possible to send an associated payload.

I deduce the second launch listed is for CAS500-2 et al. rideshare--H2 2021.
I deduce the third launch listed is for Luna 25--October 2021.
I deduce the fourth launch listed is for Meteor no. 2-3--end of 2021.
EDIT: replaced "assume" with "deduce."

I don't believe this ISS Visiting Vehicle information was cross-posted from the "Schedule of ISS flight events (part 2)" thread to here.  Dated January 23, 2020.

MOSCOW, August 21 - RIA Novosti. The only one launch this year from the Vostochny cosmodrome can be carried out in December, 36 British communication satellites OneWeb are supposed to be put into orbit, a source in the rocket and space industry told RIA Novosti.
Initially, in 2020, five launches were planned from Vostochny - four with OneWeb satellites in April, May, June and July and one with the Meteor-M meteorological spacecraft in November. However, the launches were postponed due to the bankruptcy of OneWeb and the need for additional testing of the "Meteor".
"The launch of the Soyuz-2.1b carrier rocket with the Fregat upper stage and 36 OneWeb satellites is preliminarily planned for December," the source said.

The article in RIA Novosti about Gonets launch on Sept 24 - specifically says this will be the next launch of Russian LV:

Это будет ближайший по времени пуск российской ракеты-носителя.

Therefore, we can now delete this line

H2 August (xx:xx:xx.xxx) - Kosmos-254x (TBD) - Soyuz 2-1x (x) - Baikonur, 31/6
from schedule.

Yet another example that we should take words of Mr. Rogozin with a spoon of salt.

- Is only one Angara launch planned for next year?

Rogozin:
-- Two. In addition to the heavy "Angara", the launch of a light version is also planned - the "Angara-1.2" launch vehicle. But we proceed from the assumption that the fourth heavy flying vehicle will also be ready in 2021.
