Do we know what satellite is a.k.a. TDS-01?

From the reddit post:
Quote
Two official communiqué from Institute of Plasma Research, Gandhinagar and CSIR-CEERI, Pilani suggest PSLV-C54 would carry Technology Demonstration Satellite 01 (TDS-01) which is supposed to host demonstrators for Electric Propulsion system, indigenous atomic clock and Travelling Wave Tube Amplifier (TWTA).

The SANA registration lists the operating location as "Near Earth," with expected launch date of March 29.

Launch order currently is:
C53 end of March or 1st week of April
SSLV D1 April

Does this launch immediately follow D1?  Or is it shuffled later into 2022?

I have seen mentioning that the "N-series" are the PSLVs with production turned over from ISRO themselves to private contractors, a project that was in the making for years. Not sure if this is correct.

I'm curious whether or not ISRO will accomplish three PSLV launches in one month.

Is this launch still scheduled for 2024?  Or, has it been delayed into 2025?

Edit/add: If there are no GSLV MkII launches scheduled for the remainder of the year, then one of the three PSLV launches scheduled in December could launch from the SLP.

No mention of TDS-01 as a December 2024 launch in the article below; also there is a scheduled GSLV MkII launching from SLP that month, so it does not look like ISRO will attempt a PSLV launch from SLP in December.

I interpret this as a launch delay into 2025.

[NVS-02] Scheduled for NET December 31st, but could delay into January:

Somanath said that a third launch, that of a GSLV, carrying India’s navigation satellite NVS-2, is being targeted for Dec 31.

“This GSLV was originally for Nisar. It was supposed to be launched and we couldn’t make the launch so then we got the NVS-2 NavIc satellite ready.

It’s almost completed now. We need to complete this mission building another GSLV for Nisar, which is now scheduled for next year. We are aiming for Dec 31 (NavIC mission), but we’ll take a call a bit later on this. It could even be Jan,” Somanath said.

I'm sure that this (and the other) PSLV launches are delayed by the investigation of the May 18 third stage failure.
