I will speculate a bit. But the fleet is full, and they only have nine more Uragan-M in storage, the model is retired. The sanctions have hit the Uragan-K1/2 design very hard, so they will have a hole between now and the next generation. They will probably only send replenishment Ms when strictly needed.

Still on for tonight as one of our Russian friends would have told us otherwise. They don't webcast these, so we're relying on those folks to be around at 3-4am their time to confirm a launch!

Is launch complex 43/4 currently the only operating Soyuz launch site at Plesetsk?
I haven't seen complex 16/2 listed for a launch since the last Soyuz-U launch from Plesetsk in 2012.

The stack of Fregat-M and Glonass-M separated from the third stage. It will take several hours for Fregat to deliver satellite to target orbit.

yes. 43/3 is in upgrades for Soyuz 2.1 Family excluding Soyuz 2.1v
yes. 16/2 is in upgrades for Soyuz 2.1v only. This will become dedicated pad for Soyuz 2.1v and its fully decommissioned backup pad is disused pad 41/1. currently 41/1 will not be rebuilt unless a long term need/demand arises.
