Random act of curiosity from me. Not an expert on Russian by any means, but as a Slav (TM) myself (albeit not using cyrillic), I sort of figured her name would have been transliterated not as "Yokep" but "Bokep", with a hard "v" in latin. This seems like it should be read out as "Oo-oh-kerr" in Russian which kinda seems off. What am I missing?I suck at these phonetic encoding things and so by cyrillic "Y" I mean latin "U" which slavics pronounce not as "you" but more like the "oo" in "tool" in English.

The team at SpaceX’s rocket development facility in McGregor, Texas completed a static fire test today of the Falcon 9 first stage that will launch Crew Dragon’s first operational mission (Crew-1) with 3 @NASA astronauts and 1 @jaxa_en astronaut on board later this year
The McGregor team also completed a static fire test earlier this week of Falcon 9’s second stage engine for the Crew-1 mission, which will propel Crew Dragon toward the @space_station once the first stage separates and reorients to land back on Earth
Falcon 9’s second stage engine at our Hawthorne headquarters before shipping to Texas – it is the 100th second stage engine SpaceX has built
The core number for this booster is B1061.

Has there been any reason given for why Noguchi's helmet is black instead of white, is it just not finished yet? or will his helmet look like that during the flight?

Note that all 4 are wearing white helmets in the picture inside Dragon.
