Since many of us (including the ones in the list below) are new to mastodon, it's maybe not always easy at first to find the ones you have been following on Twitter. One workaround is checking the "Followers" or "Following" tags.   
I created a still very small list containing the user name, the mastodon address and whether they are actively posting or still inactive (probably saved username for later use) and whether they are BOTs (like the NASA one that seem to grab tweets from twitter). Maybe it helps you in your transition to Mastodon.
