This video documents development of Space Transportation System (AKA Space Shuttle) operations at Vandenberg AFB in California during 1984.  In addition to Kennedy Space Center, the Shuttle was also planned to launch from Vandenberg, but those plans were cancelled after the Challenger accident in January 1986.
