Soyuz 2.1b with Fregat upper stage has been rolled out and installed on the launch pad today on Vostochny cosmodrome. The launch of three #GonetsM satellites and a #SkifD experimental satellite is scheduled for October 22, 19:57 UTC.

Sorry, I'm sure this is on this site somewhere but I can't find it - what is Naphtyl, exactly? Translating petroleum products is a nightmare, there's a limited number of terms that have been applied to different products in different countries.
