Quote from: TASA
The launch date for the first FORMOSAT-8 satellite, the Zeppelin satellite (FS-8A), has been postponed, and the launch date is now undetermined.

The Zeppelin satellite, launched aboard SpaceX's Transporter-15, was originally scheduled to launch at 2:18 AM Taiwan time on November 11th. We received notification yesterday morning that the launch would be postponed by one day; today we received another notification from SpaceX that the launch would be postponed again.

This change is due to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) being affected by the failure to pass the government budget, which led to the closure of many departments and the gradual reduction of aircraft flights. The FAA also announced that, starting from November 10th, it will prohibit commercial space launches and other atmospheric activities from 6:00 to 22:00 local time every day (the lifting of the ban will be announced separately).

The Transporter-15 rocket launch was originally scheduled for 10:18 AM local time, but the launch scheduled for next week has been cancelled (due to the orbital requirements of the FORMOSAT-8 mission, the launch time is fixed at around 10:18 AM and cannot be changed to a non-restricted time period).

The TASA team currently at the launch site preparing for the launch will take relevant measures in response to the launch delay to ensure the functionality and health of the Zeppelin satellite, maintain contact with SpaceX to learn about the new launch date of the rocket flight, and stay informed of the latest developments in the US FAA's space activity ban.

Poland’s first military satellite launch delayed [Nov 9]

Quote
The launch of Poland’s first military satellite has been postponed to November 22, the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces said on Sunday.

Entry for Transporter-15 has been updated on CADENA OIS - though it has it as NET November 19:

Primary Launch Day 19 NOV 1809Z-2009Z Backup Launch Day 20 NOV 1809Z-2009Z Backup Launch Day 21 NOV 1809Z-2009Z Backup Launch Day 22 NOV 1809Z-2009Z Backup Launch Day 23 NOV 1809Z-2009Z Backup Launch Day 24 NOV 1809Z-2009Z Backup Launch Day 25 NOV 1809Z-2009Z

Unclear whether a. SpaceX can turn-around the pad so quickly between non-Starlink missions after launching Sentinel-6B and b. whether FAA restrictions can be lifted by then given temporary funding solution in sight, but not yet passed as of right now.

Of the sats mentioned on the SpaceX press kits, the only ones I can't find any hint on are:
Luna-1
AC1-001 / 002 /003

Any suggestions?

Possibly Lunasonde's 6U low frequency SAR satellite?

The San Xavier link on their website has been deleted, they've previously manifested with Exolaunch, are reticent on social media, and the satellite was originally launching on Transporter-14 and then Bandwagon-4.

Possibly. They previously called their sats Gossamer, and like you say they've gone silent lately, so I had discounted that but we'll see I guess.

HydroGNSS satellite twins ready for launch

After arriving at the California launch site at the end of September, the two HydroGNSS satellites have been carefully prepared for liftoff, scheduled for November. HydroGNSS – a twin-satellite mission – marks the European Space Agency’s first ‘Scout’ venture. By harnessing signals from navigation satellites, HydroGNSS will help scientists gain new insights into key climate variables linked to water.

Since their arrival, the HydroGNSS satellites have undergone a series of final checks – including testing, propellant loading, battery charging and integration with their launch adapter.

I saw somewhere AC-001 to 003 could be Azalea RF-1 to 3, with the C standing for "cluster".

Convincing. So we're sorted, other than wondering what payloads are deploy-later abord the various tugs
