According to 9ifly there "might" be a CZ-2D launch from Jiuquan "around November 15".

As with the suspected satellite launch out of Taiyuan tomorrow, no known payload can be paired with it at this stage.

Noting that Jiuquan has hosted only one "classic" Long March orbital launch this calendar year. (CZ-2/3/4)
What's (not) up?

Looks like a launch of a CZ-2D was expected in November, but some kind of problem with the launcher prevented the launch. Think it will go up in December.

A new small 5G comms satellite will possibly be launched from Jiuquan in December/January. Possibly Yinhe-1.

It is interesting what pad(s) will be used for these launches. I have three variants (all pads have divertors). The third variant was used for KT-1 launches.
