Seems to focus on polarand far-side activities. Is this why Chang'e 5 is not mentioned?

90 Argentine satellites to be launched in China
Quote
BEIJING, Jan. 18 (Xinhua) -- China will send 90 satellites on its Long March-6 carrier rocket into orbit from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center for an Argentine company, according to the China Great Wall Industry Corporation.
The corporation has signed a multiple launch services agreement with Satellogic, a private Argentine company specializing in Earth-observation satellites.
The first 13 satellites will be delivered later this year. It will be the first time for the Long March-6 to provide launch services for an international user...

New date for launch of ZY-2D; BNU-1 is a secondary payload:
In http://news.bnu.edu.cn/zx/xzdt/107675.htm the launch date for for BNU-1 is June 22, 2019.

Reading Google-translated comments in the 9ifly launch thread for Jilin-1 Hyperspectral 01 and 02, etc. that this launch is the last Chinese orbital launch before Spring Festival (= Chinese Lunar New Year?).

This includes the delay of the next launch from Xichang.

Are these comments true?

The plan, Indosat's Palapa-D Satellite will also be replaced by Satelit Nusantara Dua in April 2020. "There are no technical problems, we are conducting integration for the installation," Rahman said again.

PSN cooperates with PT Indosat Ooredoo Tbk in procuring Satellite Nusantara Dua. The Joint Venture (JV) of the two companies under the name of PT Palapa Satelit Nusa Sejahtera will buy a new satellite from a Chinese company, China Great Wall Industry Corporation (CGWIC).

Nusantara Dua will be developed using the Chinese DFH 4 Bus and launched with Long launcher March 3B from Xichang Satellite Launch Center in China. PSN has a business portion of 65% and Indosat has 35% ownership.

This is on the manifest as Palapa-N1.

Could this be the LV for Apstar-6D or Zhongxing-18?  For a launch before Chinese New Year (February 5)?

The Beidou logo is on the faring so I guess it is the second Beidou GEO sat (BD-3 GEO-2) as their is no "YZ-1" written on the second stage only used for the MEO missions.

Copy that--I saw the same Beidou logo on the PLF in some of the images of the LV in the launch thread for Beidou-3 G1Q, launched on Nov. 1, 2018.

Beidou-3 G2Q isn't scheduled to launch until February 2020, according to the "BeiDou Deployment" thread, starting here.

It's been almost two years since that information was apparently leaked, so it's plausible that the launch of this satellite has moved one year forward?

Re: the images up-thread.  Is this at LC2 or 3?

That would be LC2 as LC3 has a crane on top of the adjacent service structure to assemble the rocket while LC2 uses the mobile service structure to assemble the rocket as seen in the above images. It was also said that they want the Beidou system finished for 2020 so it is very likely that several launches were moved forward to meet the new deadline.
Launches Seen: Atlas V OA-7, Falcon 9 Starlink 6-4, Falcon 9 CRS-28,
