In those videos it's apparent there's a couple of motors igniting a few seconds after the main engine start. Are those roll control motors or something different?

They certainly look like roll control motors. Not sure if they are using liquid or solid propellant though.

They look like solid-fueled roll control thrusters. It actually reminds me of the ones Epsilon uses.

NORAD (North American Aerospace Defense Command) classified and entered into the general register five new objects in near-earth orbit, launched on January 21, 2019 by the CZ-11 / Chang Zheng-11 launch vehicle from Jiuquan cosmodrome.

The 4th satellite is from Beijing Zero G Lab (details TBD).
Well, in http://industry.people.com.cn/n1/2019/0122/c413883-30584279.html they say Beijing Zero G has launched four satellites in 2018 but only two are easily visible: Fengmaniu-1 and EREBUS-1 (and some support role in Huai'an Enlai). So which ones did we miss?

Even the web page of ZeroGLab refers to only 2 satellite launches in 2018 - FMN-1 and EREBUS-1. There have been earlier reports in 2018 saying that 2 prototypa Lingque satellites were originaly planned for 2018 launch. Very likely the count of 4 satellites in 2018 is simply a misinterpretation.
ZeroGLab offers now the ZG3U and ZG6U satellite platforms commercialy. I found one image showing a ZG2U satellite. The corresponding report refers to the BY70-1 satellite launched in December 2016.

So I suppose the list of ZeroGLab space objects includes:
BY70-1 (ZG2U)
Huai'an Enlai (ZG2U)
FMN-1 (ZG3U)
EREBUS-1 (ZG3U)
Lingque-1A (ZG6U)

Xiaoxiang-1-03, a 6U-cubesat built by @TY_Spacety to demonstrate deorbit-sail technology, has reentered on June 14. It took only 33 days to lower altitude from 400km to below 200km.
