Stage 1 return is being monitored and discussed in this thread, as usual:

PSA #1: EST does NOT mean "Eastern Time".  Use "Eastern" or "ET" instead, all year round, and avoid this common error.  Google "EST vs EDT".
PSA #2: It's and its: know the difference and quietly impress grammar pedants.  Google "angry flower its" .  *** See profile for two more NSF forum tips. ***

And apparently the second stage from the JCSAT-16 launch has reentered over Indonesia. It appears as though COPV remnants have been recovered. Since I don't speak Indonesian, here's the important parts of the article according to Google Translate:

"Earlier, an object in the form of a cylindrical tube over 1.5 meters and a diameter of 60 centimeters fell in the District of Gili King and Giligenting, Sumenep, East Java. Some objects fall from the sky around 10:00 am. The tube was wrapped in a kind of fiber. No two pieces are found in the waters and two on the ground. Initially, residents suspected it was the best part."

Looks more like charred circuit boards in a card holder with Amphenol-style circular connectors for an interface.
