What about Shi Jian 11-02
Interesting to note that the GlobalSecurity.org is using the Shi Jian 11-02 designation also for the Shi Jian-12 satellite launched on June 15th, 2010: http://www.globalsecurity.org/space/world/china/sj-12.htm.

The retro rockets are attached to the second stage and are used for payload separation. These 4 additional objects have already appeared with various CZ-2C-III launches; they should be identified as CZ-2C DEB rather than S/C DEB (as was rightly done for SJ-11-01 or YG-6).
