The launch is still on schedule. Preparation of Proton-M and DM-03 on Baikonur has begun on April 29th. Three Glonass-M satellites will be delivered soon to cosmodrome. There will be Proton-M rollout to the launch pad 81/24 for DM-03 test fuelling on June 10th. Then Proton-M will be transported back to assembly building for preparation to a launch at 10:36:12 UTC on July 1st. Satellites should be placed to second orbital plane of GLONASS system.

Amazing to see Soviet lunar landing heritage hardware still flying 45+ years after its first flight - this is the 328^th launch of a Blok-D upper stage, a very large number for such a complex cryogenic upper stage (for comparison, the venerable Centaur "only" has 209 flights under its belt, and even the almost universal Agena upper stage/spacecraft bus only flew 362 times)!

Good luck Block-DM-03 - remember that one should drink LOX to only 80% full in order not to become too fat and suffer from adverse consequences, as one of your kind did 2.5 years ago.

Speaking of which, I have seen (RSC Energia) claims on NK forums that the Block-DM offers a more precise orbital injection than its competitor Briz-M - anyone knows the details?
