Saw that on another site and seems to have rather come out of nowhere, was it on any prior known program maps?

(they also have an X-ray astronomy satellite that is supposed to go up this year, like the Japanese & Indians)
One of my friends said, there were some problems occurred to the DAMPE satellite. If they can't solve it in time, owing to the busy launch schedule in JSLC at the end of this year, this satellite may delay to next year.
The countdown here http://dpnc.unige.ch/dampe/index.html seems to be counting to 2130UTC on the 16th
