Cross-post; does this mean another, operational StriX satellite could launch with Meteor-M instead?:

Tokyo, Japan – December 8, 2021 – Synspective Inc., a SAR satellite data and analytic solution provider, announced an agreement with the U.S. -based launch services provider, Rocket Lab, to launch the second demonstration satellite “StriX-β.” We also signed a contract for the launch of two more satellites in the StriX series following “StriX-beta” by Rocket Lab.

“StriX-β” was originally scheduled to be launched by Exolaunch’s Soyuz-2 rocket in 2021, but due to a change in the launch schedule of the Soyuz-2 rocket, it will be launched by Rocket Lab’s Electron rocket in early 2022. The launch date of our satellite on Exolaunch’s Soyuz-2 rocket is currently under adjustment.

“StriX-β” is the second demonstration satellite following “StriX-α.” It is aimed to demonstrate InSAR (Interferometric SAR) technology in orbit, a special SAR analytics technique to detect millimeter-level displacements on the ground surface using radar images of the Earth’s surface. Synspective plans to launch six satellites by 2023 and aims to build a constellation of 30 by the late 2020s.

Cross-post; this launch may be the first all-naphthyl fuelled ⛽️ Soyuz 2 launch from Vostochny?
Is this launch still scheduled for March 15?  Or May 30?
No.

Or some other date?
Yes.

Is this still the first Vostochny launch using the replacement fuel naphthyl for all stages?
What is sure is that NEXT launch from Vostochnyi will be the first with naphtyl.

Maybe not?

Anik at Russianspaceweb lists "early 2022" launch for Meteor-M 2-4, with no mention of Meteor-M 2-3.

Edit: Meteor-M 2-3 is listed with the future launches, but no time frame given.

If there is no typographical error, then has something gone awry with the 2-3 spacecraft?

And there is no mention of an April launch.

Now the Meteor-M1 and Meteor-M2 No. 2 devices are operating in orbit (the first Meteor-M2 was lost due to an emergency launch from the Vostochny cosmodrome in 2017). Devices numbered 3 and 4 should be launched in 2023, the fifth - in 2024, and the sixth - in 2025. Next, launches of new-generation Meteor-MP spacecraft should begin.

The Meteor-M hydrometeorological spacecraft No. 2-3 manufactured by the VNIIEM Corporation (part of Roskosmos State Corporation) was delivered to the Vostochny launch site.

At the technical complex of the cosmodrome the satellite will be prepared for launch by a Soyuz-2.1b carrier rocket with a Fregat upper stage.

Meteor-M spacecraft 2-3 is designed to do tasks of hydrometeorological support, monitoring of climate and environment, study of natural resources of the Earth, control of heliogeophysical situation in near-Earth space, as well as to obtain information from automatic data collection platforms. In addition, it carries the equipment of the international space search and rescue system COSPAS-SARSAT.

As compared to Meteor-M No.2-2, the new satellite is equipped with onboard radar complex on the basis of active phased antenna array and heliogeophysical instruments (meter of shortwave reflected radiation and radio-frequency mass-spectrometer). This will provide all-weather radar monitoring of the Northern Sea Route and expand the range of monitored heliogeophysical parameters.

May 29

The Fregat upper stage for the launch of the Meteor-M spacecraft No. 2-3 has been refueled at the Vostochny cosmodrome's refueling-neutralization station. This was reported by AVIA.RU with reference to the press service of Roscosmos.

The work on filling the upper stage with rocket fuel components and compressed gases was carried out by specialists of the branch of TsENKI - Vostochny center, as well as specialists from other enterprises of Roscosmos. In the near future a joint crew will begin loading the upper stage to the working place for storage until the space head module is assembled.

The universal upper stage Fregat is designed to place spacecraft in various orbits and is used as part of various launch vehicles, including Soyuz launch vehicles. It is developed and manufactured at S.A. Lavochkin Research and Production Association.

The following link contains a list of all the SpacePi-related cubesats that are supposed to be onboard this launch, with a technical description of each one (the three Monitor cubesats seem also to be missing from the Russian launches thread):

There's also the Aerospace Capital twitter profile which is regularly providing updates on the integration of the spacecrafts.

Preparations continue at the Vostochny launch site for the launch of a Soyuz 2.1b rocket with a Fregat booster, a Meteor-M hydrometeorological spacecraft No. 2-3 and 42 associated small satellites.

Works are carried out by specialists of Space center "Vostochny" (branch of Center of ground space infrastructure facilities operation) and other enterprises of State Corporation "Roskosmos".

At the launch complex of Soyuz-2 launch vehicle preparations are underway to receive the space rocket. After the launch on May 27, all systems are reset. The mobile service tower and service cabin, from which the rocket is being prepared for launch, are being inspected and checked for access to hatches, electrical pneumatic connectors and rocket fueling equipment.

At the technical complex made the assembly of the first and second stages of the rocket "Soyuz-2.1b" in the "package", working with the spacecraft and payload fairing. In the near future, specialists will begin assembling the space head module (removing the Fregat upper stage from storage, installing it on the stand, assembling the spacecraft, and knurling the payload fairing).

A lot of the payloads are more or less documented, but I have not been able to find details (particularly, owner organizations) for:
  Rassvet-1 No. 1, 2, 3
  SITRO-AIS 5 to 12
  CSTP-1.1 and 1.2
  Impul's-1
  Khors 1 and 2
  SATURN

Anyone have info on these?
The document with the final secondary payload manifest appears to have a few issues. Apparently SXC3-2220 is KuzGTI-1, and 'Cubesat 3U' migh be the Chechen sat  Akhmat-1 maybe?
