Doesnt sound good for the Tsyklon-4. From this report (warning, PDF file). It seems Russia has withdrawn support for its development, which is of course needed considering that much of the important components are made in Russia.

Im pretty sure all this is based on political grounds, rather then anything else, which is kinda sad really :( Has somebody got an update from the Brazilian side of the story?

It would be interesting to learn of any Tsyklon-4 subsystems produced in Russia, which AFAIK, has never supported the Tsyklon-4 project.

I do have this AEB article from last October talking about progress in this project:

According to this, there are no Tsyklons left or coming to Russia:

That's the Tsyklon-3. It could well be true - the only launch I can find scheduled for the Tsyklon-3 is Koronas-Foton, and I've seen that listed on the Zenit launch manifest as well.
