That's some tight tolerances for the SRM right there at liftoff... is the first stage design based off some well-characterized missile, like other Chinese "private" solid LVs have been? Otherwise, they must be incredibly confident in the burn transients and attitude control accuracy in the first few seconds of flight - the insulation falling off the sides of the vehicle as it clears the launch "cage" doesn't appear to consist of guide rails or other directional GSE as in cold-started launchers.

Low T/W for a solid rocket. How does this compare to ZK-1A?

On review of launch videos, ZK-1A (Lijian 1) appeared to rise a little bit faster at liftoff. Perhaps the difference lies in the upper stage and larger fairing. Jielong 3 is reported to weigh more at launch, though appears to use same or similar first three stages.
