Hi
I have read news about debris, that supposedly is from the Zenit rocket that delivered Angosat-1 to orbit in December 2017, that has fallen down in Peru on January 27th 2018. I cannot find much information about that launch on this forum, but is it normal that the Zenit rocket first renters after a month, and over land?
