Some details on AprizeSat 5 and 6 from spacequest.com and exactEarth.com.
The satellites are built by SpaceQuest (Fairfax, Virginia) and after checkout ownership will be transferred to exactEarth (Cambridge, Ontario) which is a subsidiary of COM DEV.
As far as I can tell, Aprize Satellite is no longer a going concern and Aprize Argentina
never got going at all; AprizeSat 3 and 4 are owned and operated by SpaceQuest
for COM DEV/exactEarth. AprizeSat 1 and 2 were also SpaceQuest owned; only
Latinsat A and B were owned by Aprize Satellite (which is also really Dino Lorenzini's SpaceQuest wearing a different hat)
