The preparations for the Risat-1 satellite launch can start only by mid-November, leaving just 45 days in this calendar year. So there may not be fourth launch this year.

ISRO aims at 45 to 50 launches during 2012-2017.
http://ibnlive.in.com/news/isro-aims-at-45-to-50-launches/212988-60-123.html

Interesting declarations from ISRO Chairman reported in this article:
  • The next GSLV launch is confirmed for 2012-Q2

  • If Risat-1 is the "microwave remote sensing satellite" to be launched "in March 2012" he referred to, it would mean that its launch has been postponed from January until March

Well, in June the ISRO Chairman announced flight testing of GSLV MkIII "in the next 2 years", so I'll leave it in 2013 in the schedule, until the Chairman says something different...

    Just noticed this is available

    Thanks; interesting read.
The document was created in February 2011, so many planned launch dates are already obsolete...

Seems ISRO is out of the deal for WNISAT-1 launch. It will be launched by Russian launcher in Sept 2012.
