Vega C had an issue during second stage flight. This is not good.
On to the third stage but this is a failure.
Yikes. Really decided to kill the flight there. Wonder if that's a designed "Ok, we've lost it, let's get this down over this corridor".

An underpressure was noticed with the second stage as an initial cause for the failure.
