Do we have a launch time to the second or fraction thereof?

Great to see they solved the issues plaguing the first demonstration launch (too harsh a separation system between stages, too strict a voting-out system for the IMU accelerometers, too restrictive a criterion to inhibit the VTM in case of in-flight anomalies) and this second one was a success! Congratulations ISRO for their new fully-operational launch vehicle SSLV.

Thanks for the coverage Steven!

Now it's the time to see if SSLV can gain enough market share in small launch segment and the impact on other small launchers
