Ground criteria in the guidance system out of family? As in ASDS location set to NULL; does not compute?

Should we launch the rocket?

No. That is what they would expect us to do.

So, not to be a buzzkill here, but why did this topic get put in the "sticky" section? As I understand it, you make topics sticky because they (a) have useful information many people may want to refer to later, but (b) the topic is infrequently used so it would get otherwise lost in page after page of unused topics. As much as I love (most of) the humor, neither of those criteria would seem to pertain to this thread...
The answer is here.

Serious discussion[1] of why decisions about this thread were made is off topic for this thread.

1 - as is any other sort of serious discussion, for that matter.

Therefore your message is serious discussion. Atonement can be made by 10 Hail Elon's and 5 re-watches of OG2(2) landing footage.

Agreed. Obi-wans original post was serious. Which on this thread is viewed as a negative. My reply would also be viewed as serious and thus also negative. This would be a double negative.
In english, a double negative = a positive, thus the two posts combined are actually frivolous. 8)

This is a pseudo-silly thread. Maybe some people in the real world think a double negative is somehow a positive so here is where such things are parodied.

I just realized the party thread is on page 42!
so we should assume that the ultimate answer to life, the universe and everything should be posted soon.
