Four optical Hainan-1 satellites will be launched from Wenchang (possibly) on January 24, 2021.

Hainan 1 will weigh 50 kilograms, and will operate in a low-Earth orbit 500 kilometers.

Is it possible that the closure on Wenchang is related to the arrivel of the CZ-7A sections?

Yeah that's what I have been thinking too, no other notices have popped up yet.

With no news about launch preparations or even NOTAMs, I'm now sure that the closures at Wenchang were related with the arrivel of the second CZ-7A to the launch site.

Looks like the previous reported problems of overweight was not resolved and now they have switched the ride to ride-share on a Long March 8 launch.

Could these four payloads go on the mission Xiaoyun mentions or could it be another one?

Long March 8 Y2 launch delayed to February 2022, will include the first batch of Spacety's Tianxian satellites:

Chinese partnership to create Tianxian SAR satellite constellation [dated Oct. 8]

Quote
HELSINKI — A Chinese state-owned enterprise and a private firm are partnering to establish a 96-satellite SAR constellation, with the first launch set for February 2022.

The 38th institute of the giant state-owned enterprise China Electronics Technology Group (CETC) will work with private satellite manufacturer Spacety to construct a X and C-band synthetic aperture radar constellation named Tianxian. The constellation will consist of 96 small satellites launched into various planes.

The announcement was made at the recent Zhuhai Airshow in south China, which concluded Oct. 3. A contract was signed with the China Great Wall Industry Corp. (CGWIC) for launch of the first batch of satellites on the second Long March 8 in February 2022. A further launch is scheduled for Q3 2020 [typo, actually Q3 2022 in their press release] according to Spacety.

Source? Previous reports had them going on the next LM-8 instead (early next year AFAIK).

The Hainan constellation includes ten satellites of Hainan-1, Sanya-1 and Sansha-1 series.

Four optical Hainan-1 satellites were scheduled to be launched in 2020
Two more optical satellites and two Sanya-1 hyperspectral satellites were planned for 2021
Two Sansha-1 SAR synthetic aperture radar satellites were planned for 2022.

This message reflects my personal opinion based on open sources of information.

ADA Space raises $55.6 million in Series B round [dated Nov. 29]

Quote
The company says it aims to accelerate the development of the “Xingshidai” AI satellite constellation. Early plans called for a network of 192 satellites.

<snip>

ADA Space also signed a deal in September with China Great Wall Industry Corp., a commercial arm of China’s main space contractor CASC, to launch its new, self-developed fourth-generation AI satellite on the second Long March 8 rocket.

The launcher is set to fly with multiple payloads from the coastal Wenchang spaceport in February 2022.

The contract said the Tiānxiān Xīngzuò (天仙星座) will be launched by CZ-8 February 2022 from Wéngchāng.

Also covered in the Hainan-1 to 4 thread:

Threads should be merged and title renamed to reflect the fact that Long March 8 Y2 is a multi-payload rideshare mission.
