This satellite is projected to be launched in 2016, from a recent presentation made by Japanese government official in the U.S.

Latest presentation still shows this launch planned for 2016.

QZS-2 and QZS-4:  Launch mass is 4,000kg  (Bus weight 1,180kg, payload mass 370kg.)  desighn life is 15year(longer than QZS-1 which was 12 years)

QZS-3 (GSO) : Launch mass is 4,700kg  (Bus weight 1,215kg, payload mass 475kg.)

Current weather forecasts shows thunderstorms rolling around the launch site for most parts of June 1/2 so unless something changes this probably won't launch on time.  ;)

In that forecast the weather is just cloudy during launch time, so it might go just before bad weather:)
