Think this launch could be affected by when NROL-91 launches. AIUI there is only a launch crew cadre for the Delta IV Heavy launches supplemented by other ULA personnel for a launch campaign as needed. So if my assumption is correct, there will be corresponding delays for this launch with delays experience by the NROL-91 launch campaign.
