As the title, what NASA probes or future missions still need a rocket to launch them?
"One bit of advice: it is important to view knowledge as sort of a semantic tree -- make sure you understand the fundamental principles, ie the trunk and big branches, before you get into the leaves/details or there is nothing for them to hang on to." - Elon Musk
"There are lies, damned lies, and launch schedules." - Larry J

From the above presentation to the NASA Advisory Council- Human Exploration & Operations presentation:

Acquisitions in Work:
- GOES-T (Launch Service Task Order is already in work, so presumably the LV has been chosen but contract isn't yet finalized or announced)

Acquisitions not currently in Work:
- Restore-L
- IXPE
- Lucy
- Psyche
- Europa Clipper (Congress mandated to use SLS, so not likely to ever see an acquisition)
