As far as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport - while possible, it is less a SnC decision vs a ULA decision. And I don't see ULA going there.

And VAFB can launch to ISS, it is *just* within the boundaries, and I mean just within the boundaries, half a degree to be exact.

Have you seen where this trajectory would go?
Any indication on how close they are to rolling out the atmospheric test vehicle? Seems like all is quiet on the vehicle development front...
