AzerSat-1 - launch from Baikonur in 2011

AzerSat 1 satellite will be launched from Baikonur cosmodrome in December 2011.

According to this article, total project cost is $180 million, split between $100 million for the satellite, and $80 million for the launch. Orbital got the contract, and it is implied that Orbital WILL obtain the launch for the customer.

I would bet real money that given that Orbital's COTS contract uses Ukrainian hardware that Orbital will use a Ukrainian LV for this contract, too.
